Who can actually enter these tournaments? Provinces, age, countries
Every tournament thread has the same three people asking whether they can enter and getting three different answers from three randoms. which provinces are in, which countries are out, what age, and does it go by your account details or by wherever you happen to be sitting that week? somebody pin the real answer so we can stop doing this every month

Dear @ToquePlays, fair ask, so here it is, straight from our tournament terms. Age: 19+ (technically the legal gambling age where you live, 18 or 19 depending on the province, but 19+ is the safe line). Provinces: every province and territory except Ontario, Alberta and Quebec, which are out under their own provincial rules. Countries: the US, UK, Australia, Germany and Spain are excluded, plus FATF blacklist countries like North Korea, Iran and Myanmar.
On account vs location, the answer is both. You need to live somewhere eligible and actually be there when you play. Winners verify ID and proof of address before any prize goes out, so the details have to line up, and using a VPN to get around it means a permanent ban and a forfeited prize. We'll pin this so nobody has to play three randoms again.
