Dear @Gauthier4321, simple version: after a board closes, we email every Top 10 player within a few working days to the email address on their CasinoCanada account. The prize itself is paid at our casino partner, Playfina, so the steps are: open a Playfina account through the link in that email (same email as here), verify there with a photo ID and a recent proof of address, then reply to our email and we release the prize. The whole claim, verification included, has to be done within 7 working days of that first email. And yes, it's worth checking your inbox right now, including Spam, because you're one of the recent winners. Can't find it? Write to tournaments@casinocanada.com and we'll resend it.
