We email every winner, and that email carries the registration link. The prize isn't paid out here: you register with our casino partner through the link and verify on their platform, and once you're verified the cash sits there as a bonus.
Watch the clock on it. From the day that first email lands you get 7 working days to register, verify and claim, and the days your documents spend in the partner's queue are inside those 7, not on top of them. So open the account the same day, and register in the name printed on your ID, since a mismatch is what turns one check into two.
