From leaderboard to payout: what actually happens after you place?
Finished top 10 for the first time and immediately realised I have no idea what happens next 😅 does the prize land here or somewhere else? do I have to do anything? how long does the whole thing take? ive read three different versions of this on this forum already. can somebody lay out the actual order of events, ideally somebody official

whatever the answer to that is should go in the first post b'y, its getting asked again
does the partners verification time count against the claim window? because that would be a rough deal
So verification is entirely on the Playfina side and nothing goes by email. Good, that's the part I was actually nervous about
@FrostbiteFlush somebody said it once and it just lived there. Good to see it in writing
the x30 is the bit people get wrong constantly. ive seen x35 quoted on this forum more than once and nobody corrected it
This should have existed six months ago. Saved
Dear @DoubleDoubleWin, the actual chain is: you play here, the board closes, we check it, and winners get an email from us. That email carries the link to our casino partner, because the prize is credited on their side, not on this site. If you don't have an account there yet, you register through that link, then you finish verification on their platform, usually a government-issued ID and proof of address.
Once you're verified, the prize goes on your balance, with free spins alongside it on some boards. The one part with a clock on it: you have 7 working days from that first email to be verified and claim, and days in their queue count too. Anything about your own account goes to tournaments@casinocanada.com.
