Always do KYC on day one. If they're going to be difficult, better to find out before you deposit.
@Administrator Got closed for "multiple accounts" - I've literally only ever had one. No appeal, no payout. Brutal.
ID + proof of address is standard. When they suddenly want a selfie holding your card AND a bank statement AFTER you win, that's the stall.
