I'm pretty sure this is the only online casino I've tried (and I've tried a lot) that doesn't offer a loyalty program. Most of the other ones have tiers upon tiers of VIP membership with ridiculous names, but not this one, no sir. Now, why would I spend my hard-earned cash on a service that doesn't seem to appreciate my investment? Guess I won't.

I had a problem with my deposit not going through, and I tried to reach the support with live chat, but it wasn't working at that time. I called them instead, and they solved my problem in no time. Still, I'd love to see a 24/7 live chat option. I'm not a huge fan of phone calls.

Most of the games feel clunky and old-fashioned. Sometimes the loading takes way too long, especially on mobile. I'm a casual gambler, so I'm not sure if it's an industry thing or if it's something specific to this particular website. I liked the first deposit bonus but would love to see more rewards down the line.

If I had to give a star rating to the Fun Casino, I'd give it four stars out of five. I could give it a five since I like most of what they got to offer, but I won't. Because I'm playing here for years, and they never gave me VIP status. Damn, not even a "thank you for sticking with us" email. Still, they're pretty fun and reliable, and I have some fond memories of winning cash with them, so I'd give them four stars out of five.

Most of the games have an ancient Egyptian theme; I wonder why. Guess it's an industry thing, like those places in Vegas. Anyway, I like it. It makes me nostalgic. Truth be told, this whole site makes me nostalgic, with a design straight from the late nineties. Not a fan of the blue smiley logo, though. It looks strange.

This casino offers so many options for money withdrawal, yet all of them take ages to clear since I have to use my Mastercard because no instant withdrawal options are available.
